I didn't come from finance. I came from business.

I'm Andrew White, founder of High Foundry Capital. I spent years building and operating product-based companies in the musical instrument industry — learning firsthand what it takes to create something from nothing, manage operations, and generate real profit.

Then I made a pivot. I acquired a commercial property at the corner of High Street and Foundry Street in Morgantown, WV — and immediately recognized the massive potential in a well-run, well-positioned property. That building is where this company gets its name, and where this story begins.
